Ax
Ps I promise I'll not go on about it but I've started a bit of a health kick after getting a shock when I stood on the scales at the weekend. But talk about subliminal messages....yesterday I read 7 More Reasons to Drink Coconut Water - shared by my friend Nicky (who blogs here) and then today, this arrived with a courier...
I'll be honest, I'm not overly fond of the stuff but I'm going to give it a go in the interests of research and to keep me from drinking tea and coffee (with biscuits) during the day. Wish me luck :) x
Love both outfits, Avril. Thanks so much for you tip off about Dale Pinnock. I'll be making some of his recipes very soon! Lynne xx
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the coconut water - sounds revolting but I guess needs must!!!
ReplyDeleteLoving your outfits. I love denim/cream/khaki
This made me laugh Avril, I definitely recognise myself in this post! I'm not a fan of the coconut water by itself either, but I do find it gives a nice taste to smoothies. Lucky you! xx
ReplyDeleteYou don't look like the scales would be in any way frightening! Cocnut water sounds utterly disgusting - will be interesting to hear your feedback:)
ReplyDeleteIt's not just you & Ireland Avril! I've had several similar mornings myself! I'm so over the weather its not funny! I love those M&S jeggings & I quite like coconut water too! Andrea x
