Ok, could someone tell me where this week went? Can't believe it's Friday again already! It's been an amazing 7 days though. This time last week, I was mid-way through the most epic meal of my life at MacNean House & Restaurant in Co. Cavan, to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. It was wonderful to have precious family time together and I was all-talked out by the time I headed back to Belfast on Saturday afternoon - straight back to cake making for my son's birthday party on Sunday. Which I survived without any gin *polishes halo*.
So, this week has included wine book club, two sessions at the charity shop, planning a couple of trips to London, meeting up with blogging friends, pilates classes and getting back to circuits. OUCH. 5 weeks until our child-free trip to Nice so the big guns are out in an effort to get swimsuit ready by then.

Only problem is if I did a week of outfit posts all you would see me in is a beauty tunic, although I did manage a day out on Tuesday and a trip to the salon to get my roots done on Thursday. It rained both days grrr. So I'm off to Marbs and you are off to Nice around the same time, I will never be bikini ready, if I eat like a snail I don't lose anything, so I give up trying and blame the fact your metabolism slows once you hit 40!xx

ReplyDeleteLOVE those H&M trousers - I had some ASOS floral peg leg trousers in my cart yesterday that were very similar - but jersey - perfect for the summer - may just have to order them now I've seen these on you! You're looking hawt:)
