Spotted in the Shops | White Trainers Part 2

Some shopping randomness now as I upload some of the many photos I've taken on my travels over the past 2 weeks....starting with a try-on in Next where I loved the colour of this ruffle sweatshirt but fell foul of the long arms! This was a size 8 so size down. It's a gorgeous soft sweatshirt and the ruffles give it such a lovely feminine touch.

Next up, this white top looked like a great summer basic and it is - as long as you don't mind wearing a vest underneath
Next up, some denim - liked the look of these stepped hem straight jeans - they were a good fit too. Really needed to see them with flat shoes though - boots aren't great:
Not sure why...they were more than that in the store.
I'm always on the hunt for a good opaque cream top and this one ticked the boxes..
It's got an unusual lace detail on one side. There was a mark on this one and it was the only size 10 but I'm going to pick it up online.
Next are killing it with their shoes and bags. I've featured the shoes in a previous post but these are some of the bags that were tempting me. Not leather but oh so Chloe..
And on my endless hunt for a grey leather cross body, I ran excitedly to this one but it's not leather. Fab neutral colour though...can't find it online frustratingly!
These next wee bags are the real stars of the show for me in Next at the moment. Just the most perfect size and the colours are great. All cross body:
Camera Bags - Various Prices (depends on colour)
Stradivarius next and I had been looking for a shoe like this so was excited to try them on - the 5 fitted me ...my feet are seriously getting smaller. Anyone else?! Please tell me I'm not going mad?!
Loved them though the non-leather thing was bugging me. I may go back. I think though the fact that they're quite autumn winter put me off - especially as they were merchandised close to these gorgeous slip on trainers:
and these dreamy mules...
Then I got totally distracted by floral midi skirts (though platform black shoes would work with this too I'm sure?!)
Keeping my focused blogger head on, I found this camo scarf. Brilliant colours and a lovely size and weight. I'm asked ALL the time about camo and plain black scarves - Stradivarius have both. Get in there!
Finally, the White trainers Part 2 - some great contenders in Stradivarius:
Though since taking these photos, I think I've finally found my white trainers...coming soon in 'White Trainers - Part 3'...watch this space!

Finishing with a few outfits from the past week. This first one was a work outfit - and yes, my feet were FREEZING but fabulous with it. Adore the jumper even if I do look like I'm naked from a distance thanks to the flesh colour! But check out the arm detail...stunning..
Jeans - Selected Femme (past season)
Jacket - H&M (past season)
Shoes - Miss Selfridge Sale
Scarf - Zara
Not a bit of green was worn on St Patrick's Day...sorry...I've been scarred by the green/shamrock carry-on of my childhood. And I live in Belfast where I find it easier (and safer) to take no sides.
Trench Coat - Karen Millen (years old)
Black Jeans - as before
Trainers - New Balance
And this last outfit was from one of the bitterly cold days we had this week. Spring/bare ankles and jackets were banished, replaced by blanket scarves and cashmere.
Scarf - Accessorise (has been reduced in the sale & may be in-store!)
Jeans - 2nd Day (past season)
Cashmere Jumper - House of Fraser (past season)
Boots - Seven Boot Lane (similar here)

Happy Friday my friends - I'm off to Ballymena today to explore the shops there - keep an eye on my Instagram story for sneak peeks of what I find!
