I had hoped to blog about it today but I am staying with my sister in law and have lots of catching up to do with her. Additionally, I'm completely exhausted so I promise you a blog on Tuesday with photos from Saturday.
In the meantime, here's an outfit post from last week of the blush coloured sweatshirt I picked up in New Look. It's out of stock online now but you may be lucky and pick one up in your local store. I've avoided sweatshirts up to now as I don't normally like cuffs around the waistband of my tops but this one didn't have a tight cuff and I loved the bit of sparkle in it.
Wearing here with a Kaleidoscope white long line vest, H&M dark blue skinny jeans, H&M tartan scarf & long burgundy boots from Bertie (old). Here's a close up of the sweatshirt:
And another posey shot...
Similar sweatshirts available all over the show at the moment. I saw a gorgeous grey one with embellishments in Primark yesterday - a bit like this one from Bank.

I'll leave you with a wee gem I also spotted in Primark when I was in the other day. It's a short trench coat with pleather sleeves. Gorgeous fit, good detail and only £25! Sure to be a sell out - I saw a girl on my flight on Friday wearing it!
Hope you've had a great weekend too. See you Tuesday!
I have a grey sweatshirt with cream lace on the front. Everyone seems to be looking at them again - maybe it's time to resurrect! I was just about to Ebay mine!
ReplyDeleteBy the way - it was lovely to meet you and the others - it was a fab day. Sorry I couldn't stay longer - I would have loved to but trains run at the time they're scheduled to so that's that. Till the next time!
Can't wait to hear about the meet up. Have purchased a sweatshirt from H and M......Not worn outside the house yet, but v comfy and feel a bit " on trend". I want that scarf!
ReplyDeleteLove that sweatshirt, and how you've styled it.
ReplyDeleteLook forward to hearing all about London, wish I could have made it - but there's next time :-) xx
Ooooh you have inspired me to try a sweatshirt .. I always thought they'd look too casual but with the sparkles on the front it really lifts it from slob wear to day wear - love it. Those boots are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI wish we had a Primark closer - I NEED one of the jumpers!
Good to meet you, I'm still drying out today!
Fiona
